You think if you keep yourself small, polite, invisible, the world is eventually going to give you some reward.

Maybe you know the hunger inside of you.  You bury it deep enough, and you think it’s finally going to stop clawing at you.

The hunger is burning inside.  You keep trying to smother it, and it still leaks out.  It leaks out in shame.  It leaks out in frustration.  It leaks out every night when you numb yourself and pretend you don’t care anymore.

People can feel it on you.  They can see it even if you can’t.  That power you sit on and every day refuse to take responsibility for?  That’s what leaves you invisible, forgettable, and weak.

If you’re ready to reclaim your strength and confidence, we’re ready to work with you.

You might feel overly-sensitive to rejection, choke up when asking for what you want, or get frustrated by opportunities slipping by.  You may feel overwhelmed by self-judgment, pressured to meet impossible standards, or depleted after putting others first. Expressing your feelings, desires, and boundaries can often feel like too much.  You might get shut down, or even get triggered when people cross your boundaries.  You may find yourself scared to anger others, too serious when you try to connect, or numb and dissociated when socializing. The opportunities and relationships you want are out there, but often they feel just out of reach as if they’re for anyone but you.

It can also seem like other people navigate life with ease.  They ask for what they want with indiscretion, get rejected and bounce back, laugh and play with others easily, and are lauded for their efforts. They take risks, express themselves without shame, and enjoy socializing; all the while you might feel locked up, betrayed, or left out. Watching others rise faster, be rewarded more often, or get praised for less talent can leave you feeling envious, frustrated, or resentful.

You may have also noticed repeating patterns in your own life such as the times you stopped yourself from speaking up and looped back to self-criticism instead of moving forward.  You’ve missed chances because you hold back. You have wins piling up on paper that don’t add up to the life you want. You realize after losing time, money, and energy, that you should have said “no” to some things. Risky or playful situations can feel like minefields, and subtle social cues slip right past. You know your potential is high, but can’t seem to capitalize on it.

You might also see these same patterns in others when people misunderstand your intentions, ask too much of your time, or clarify their jokes because they assume you won’t get them. Your colleagues with less skill or experience achieve higher positions and salaries. You see others state what they need in vulnerable moments, while you still stay quiet. Other people seem more satisfied with their lives than you do even when they achieve less. When they tell you to “get out more,” it only highlights how stuck you feel.

You don’t have to stay stuck in these patterns. The truth is, everything you feel right now, whether it be overwhelm, frustration, shame, or numbness, can shift.

When you build the strength to face rejection, it stops feeling like a threat and starts feeling like freedom. Asking for what you want no longer chokes you up as it comes out naturally, even playfully. Boundaries stop being battles, and become simple conversations that protect your energy without guilt or drama.

Social situations that once felt draining begin to feel energizing. Instead of feeling like you’re missing cues, you start sensing them in real time and responding with ease. You find yourself laughing more, connecting more deeply, and enjoying the moments you used to tense up in.

Opportunities that used to pass you by start landing in your lap because you’re not hiding, hesitating, or second-guessing yourself anymore. You begin to feel recognized for your real value, and you finally see the potential in yourself that others have always seen.

It doesn’t happen all at once, but step by step, the load gets lighter. The frustration turns into clarity. The shame turns into pride. The numbness turns into aliveness. And the serious effort you’ve always put in? It finally starts paying off in ways that feel good to you.

What the process looks like:

  • Step 1.1: The Discovery Session

First, we sit down and talk. We map out where you’ve been, what’s been working, and what’s been frustrating.  You tell the story as you see it, and we make sure we really get your perspective.

  • Step 1.2: Sense the Territory

Once we understand your mental map, we shift into a different mode: less thinking, more sensing. We’ll gently test where your emotions and decision-making feels boxed in, and where they might actually be freer than you realize.

  • Step 1.3: The Green Light

If, by the end of that call, you both know and feel that we understand you — and we know that we can help — that’s our green light.

  • Step 2: Your Path Forward

We set you up with either:

    • A personal, one-on-one transformation program, where we show you the time commitment, financial commitment, potential emotional and cognitive roadblocks along the way, and how to navigate them effectively to get you from functional to consciously competent to second nature.

    • A group immersion or online cohort, so you grow alongside others and break through the surface layers that are causing the most frustration in your day-to-day life.
  • Step 3: The Timeline for Real Growth

Although you’ll feel immediate shifts and notice benefits in single sessions, building mastery and competence takes time.

What the timeline typically looks like:

Ready to take the first step?

I help people align their words, body, and energy—so they stop chasing what they think they should want and start asking for what truly fulfills them. When someone’s explicit communication (what they say) doesn’t match their implicit communication (what they feel, how they move, the energy they carry), it creates awkwardness, frustration, and shallow results. I guide people into coherence—where what they say, feel, and radiate are in sync. That shift often brings up intense emotions—fear, shame, even guilt—but once integrated, it unlocks a confident, relaxed, and naturally persuasive way of being. Not just in speech, but in action.

I am a high performance mechanic turned stock trader turned embodiment aficionado after dedicating the past 8 years of my early retirement to meditation and learning embodiment skills.

From a young age, I was always thinking about what I wanted to do and was very driven. I wanted the house, car, girlfriend, and career, always obsessed with the next best thing or performance upgrade. I achieved success in all these areas, but slowly lost connection to meaning after my mother passed in 2017.

I asked myself some important questions about what I wanted to do with my life, and whether I even wanted to be where I was at. I came to the surprising answer that I did not want to be doing anything I was currently doing. I got out of the car business, used all my extra cash trading stocks in hopes I would be able to retire on the proceeds indefinitely, ended up being quite successful, and have lived 8 good years on the stock market.

During those 8 years, my obsessive hobby has been embodiment, subtle implicit communication, and dabbling in every therapeutic modality I can get my hands on. I never planned on doing this coaching endeavour, but the results and impact my skills have had on the people around me have made it obvious that this is how I want to fill my time and serve my community.

I started by putting on weekend workshops, and early on, Alex joined in to help. Soon after that, Stephen saw the magic happening, and now the three of us collaborate to give people the lives they really want.

I help people drop the masks that keep them disconnected—so they can express themselves clearly, connect deeply, and feel at home in their own skin. When your words, emotions, and energy aren’t aligned, it creates tension—like you’re stuck on the outside of life looking in. My work is about bringing those pieces into congruence, so your intentions, actions, and presence finally match in ways that others respond to.

For most of my early life, I was closed off—stuck in fear, self-consciousness, and mistrust. I barely spoke to classmates, hid my attraction to women, and kept my real thoughts locked inside. At the age of 16, I stumbled into the pickup world and discovered I could break through those fears. I learned to be bold, direct, decisive. I could walk up to nearly any woman and start something. But underneath, it still felt like I was wearing a mask. I was confident on the surface, but emotionally disconnected.

That changed when I went through a series of intense, ego-cracking experiences with practitioners who woke me up to the emotional and energetic movements I’d always been sensitive to but had been suppressing. Suddenly, I could feel when social interactions clicked and when they fell flat. I realized connection wasn’t about “doing it right,” it was about congruence. And I began helping others find that same alignment.

Parallel to this, music had always been my first form of freedom. Drumming was the one place I could lose myself in rhythm and flow, where presence came naturally. Teaching music for over a decade showed me something similar: the best breakthroughs don’t come from endless instruction, but from a few precise cues that unlock someone’s deeper motivation and give them the permission to pursue it. My students lit up when they felt truly seen. Now, our  clients do too.

In 2023, I joined Fully Known—not only to coach, but to help shape the business itself. I’ve been focused on making our offers clear, our process streamlined, and our value undeniable. Alongside Nick and Stephen, I work to keep all the moving parts aligned, so together we can give our clients the breakthroughs they’ve been searching for.

I help people see the moving parts of their psyche—and resolve them when they conflict. My strength is seeing the full picture, spotting what actually matters, and charting a clear path toward the goals that feel real. With a wide base of therapeutic tools and a deep understanding of human motivation, I guide people past the noise and into alignment with what they truly care about.

My path here wasn’t straightforward. I grew up homeschooled in a conservative religious family in Alaska—isolated, cut off from peers, and kept away from girls. Loneliness was my default state. To make sense of it, I threw myself into every practice I could find: physical health, socializing, yoga, IFS, CBT, therapy, dance—you name it. But even with all that, I still collapsed into self-doubt whenever life pushed back. I could hold myself together in theory, but when things got rough, I struggled to stand tall.

At 34, I finally risked everything. I quit my job, grabbed a backpack, and traveled through Europe and Asia—couchsurfing, wandering, learning to rely on myself. It was liberating to prove I could survive anywhere, but also sobering to realize that changing my location didn’t change how I felt about myself. It wasn’t until I found Fully Known that I discovered the directness and intensity I’d been searching for. Through this work, I learned to trust my judgment, face setbacks without collapsing, connect to my own desire instead of living by others’ agendas, and put fear in its rightful place.

Since then, I’ve poured myself into helping others do the same—whether consulting with clients or supporting the launch of the first Indigenous School of Medicine. The skills I’ve gained aren’t just theories; they’ve been tested in real-world environments. And now, I use them to help others dismantle the inner conflict that holds them back, so they can step into lives that actually feel like their own.

In 2024, I joined Fully Known because only it had the intensity and edge I’d been missing in other modalities.  In addition to coaching, I help streamline our communication, create meaningful connections in the community, and keep the business growing towards our long-term vision..
